First of all, learn to use things like commas, full-stops and questions marks! Man, the way you write is incredibly confusing... Second, you can't possibly "blame" Bill Clinton for a war in Iraq, since his diplomatic eforts during his goverment far excedeed that of George W. Bush... in other words, instead of desperatly trying to go to war as Bush is clearly doing, he (probably) would have taken another aprouch. Third, I can understand you calling Saddam inteligent, but for god sakes don't call him a great man! A "great man" is someone you can look up to, which, unless you pretend to become a despotic, tyranic, murderer, genocidal dictator (I know that was alot of reduncies... =]).
Oh, and by the way, I agree that Iraq's electoral sistem is bust... kinda reminds of a similar one that about 2 years ago didn't elect a president who had the (legal) majority of the votes.... humm....

how can you blame clinton for not looking over here in Iraq?
He didn't have to send inspectors on the look-out for weapons.
And it's not his fault if Bush wants a war at any cost.

I wouldn't say Clinton is at fault for this, though he could have done a little more about it than just drop a couple of bombs on them to draw attention away from his impeachment proceedings.

Ah, yes, the old Republican tactic of "If something's wrong, just blame Bill Clinton for it and we can move on."
Shut up.

No legal majority?
I will say this just one more time, and after that, the 2000 election is to NEVER AGAIN be discussed:
Bush: 271
Gore: 267
Under our electoral system, that is the only legal majority.
