I sold a dude a Mobile phone for $50 and he has had it for a week now but he has just sent me a email saying it doesnt work and has been locked(cause its stolen) and that he has tried differant sim cards.
He says he will give the phone back and he wants his money, but i spent it on pot and i have no way of paying it back cause i have to job.
Do i pay him or not?

i dont no its a Nokia something, but like he had the phone for a whole week and and he was being a fuck head with the money he Gave me $10 monday $20 Tues $20 Weds, when i needed the $50 straight up on monday and he just didnt want to get the money out even tho he had it

Well, if you don't give him his $$$ back, he could easily call the cops on you....... In some neighborhoods, rip someone off, and they don't bother with cops; they "handle their own business."
