So, I just saw something that I consider to be stolen.

Some kid decided to take random shots from the Toof series and make a movie out of it. The NG rule states "Use this option if you are certain an entry has been submitted by someone other than the creator." Does that mean the entire entry has to be the same in order to be "stolen", or do screenshots with editing also qualify as stolen?

If they're just screenshots and not taken from a deocompiled SWF, then it technically doesn't break any rules. By the sounds of it, the movie is probably going to get blammed anyway.
