Looking for tips on drawing arms

I'm looking for tips, or books(preferably cheap books) on how to draw anatomy... I got this crappy book I wasted my money on, and it's just a bunch of reference pictures, nothing helpful. I need to be able to draw the human figure, before I can make myself a flash movie. Any help, tips, references, links, or book suggestions (Cheap) would be appreciated.

Well, I've tried all of the tutorial flash movies... none of them teach you how to draw dynamic musculature anatomy. Got any other links or sites? Maybe books to refer me to? :D?

You can get these at borders or something for 10$ or so and they have 400 pgs for beginners all the way to detailed drawings

I love his styles he has Manga,Manhawa,Anime,Those Newspaper drawings, Real People, Animals, and then paintings and forest ive seen HEz GOOD

Yeah, well I've already read ALL of Ben Dunns work... I don't know, maybe I'm just a bad learner... wait that can't be right... I've been told by many that I'm a Genius... oh sorry lost my train of thought there. But, yeah, my friend has all of Ben Dunn's books, and he let me borrow them. I read them and got two things out of it... NO anatomy... are there any anime/manga books that clearly show you anatomy, with words as well as pictures? I don't want a refrence book.... those are retarded. As for those other tutorials on animation, I've posted this in many topics numerous times. I'll say it again: I have read and understand EVERYTHING in the tutorial section.
