Uh... Could I have come up with a better name for it?
The goal is to make the smallest most functional flash.
Rules: --Creativity is unrestricted. --Must be functional, NO STATIC FLASH --Smallest, most functional flash that passes all three checkpoints WINS!!!

This contest is impossible. The first and second rules are fine, but no ones going to be able to complete the 3rd rule. The third rule states that your flash needs to pass all three checkpoints, but you can't pass that checkpoint unless you've already passed 3 which is impossible because thats one of the three you have to pass. So in order to pass the 3rd checkpoint you have to have already passed it.

OH, I forgot to mention that those were flash portal checkpoints... :6 Basically that means that it has to survive the user ratings
