As some of you may know the audio clip from ytmnd.com called "Crazy telemarketer Lady" was stolen from ytmnd and put on ebaumsworld. Here is the original , and here is the stolen clip on ebaumsworld . The date of submition on ytmnd was 2006- 07-15. Eric Bauman put it on there today! Ytmnd members are starting a raid on the servers of ebaumsworld lol! I am sure all of you hate eric bauman and his dad as much as i do.

any thoughts?

What's this about a raid? Sounds fun! Yeah I tried listening to the ebaums one afterwards and the site wouldn't even load it, it's got some major lag and bandwidth problems right now it would seem.

You act like the person who created that YTMND made the audio. He found it somewhere on the Internet and found it funny, so he made a YTMND. You can't say Eric Bauman stole without saying YTMND did as well.

I didn't like how the quote under the audio on Bauman's site called the telemarketer a smart alec. I mean I thought the guy handled it extremely well and I am amazed he was able to keep from bursting out laughing for as long as he did.

And if the police were really listening in on that like the lady said they would probably be laughing too. I mean I can see how she injures herself from those calls if she screams for 10 minutes. And she threatened that guy at least 50 times.

well i have to say that i could only get it to play properly after downloading it, which resulted in 8 minutes of hilarity. i have to admit, before i heard of newgrounds i used to lurk around ebaumsworld, and since i have personally seen the hate and disgust that my fellow newground-ers have for him and his site, i mean never to go back. i pledge, here and now, to do what i can for the degradation and ultimate end of ebaumsworld.com!

Erm, has it crossed anyones minds that the source of the original call is very unlikely to have been originally created and distributed by the YTMND member? I think it is quite obvious that he has probably stolen it from another source before.

Sure, Bauman was wrong the last time since he actually stole the whole idea behind the Lohan thing, but this time it is simply an audio clip he could have found at the exact same source. There is no proof for either side, so YTMND users are once again showing their simplicity.

Do not join them.

Do not mistake me for a Bauman sympaphiser, but there is no reason for the users to do anything - they need to accept that the majority of the audio on their own website is used without any permission from the original authors, they have no right to complain about anything based on stolen content once again being stolen.

Neither side has any real morals.
