how do I make a desktop like you guys? do I need a proggramme of some sort to make my icons and how do I edit stuff like the start button

The PrintScrn button (next to the F12 key) "takes a picture" of your desktop, or whatever is currently on your screen, and puts it onto the clipboard...just m9inimize everything, hit PrintScrn, go into MS Paint or Adobe Photoshop, and hit "Paste."

Using WindowsBlinds or something like that? I messed with the desktop to that extent before, but it just kept causing all sorts of errors and problems.

My PC was fixed only two weeks ago. I have yet to re-install and costomise the shit I had on it last time so all I have at the moment is my feeble "Punk" taskbar button.
