I just got done with my new wallpaper. I've been thinking about getting this for a while but couldn't find the exact pic, so I had to modify an existing one myself. A few minutes in Photoshop to give the hair a slightly more prevalent green tint, brighten the red tones slightly, then I switched the card in the original to the actual Joker card used in the beginning of the movie when he gave it to the gangsters at their meeting. Took a while to find it, apparently it's a very rare card.

There should be a print screen button on your keyboard, so apply your wallpaper and hit Print Screen. When you hit this button, it copies whatever is on your screen to the clipboard. Then, go into MS Paint or another image editing program and hit paste. Note: NEVER EVER EVER save as a .GIF. Horrible image quality and you will get trolled for posting one. Also, paint's .JPG quality is horrendous, so try using a different program to do the pasting and saving.
