No it isn't, it's Vista. Windows 7 doesn't have the quick launch bar and the WMP controls are integrated into the taskbar button. Also, there is no build number on the desktop. The actual taskbar looks totally different too. Sorry.
I love having no real icons on my desktop, just objectdock and rainmeter.
