See the button next to backspace? If it reads "Print Screen", press it whilst the desktop is displayed. So, if you have IE or whatever browser you're using running, pressing print screen will put an image of what is going on in your clipboard. After you press print screen, paste the pic in paint or whatever by simply pressing ctrl and v together. Now, you're ready to take some screenies.
