Right click toolbar, untick 'Unlock toolbar', click and hold, drag toolbar to the top, Lock toolbar.

Heh... guess I'll jump on the bandwagon. My desktop isn't much; I got Vista with the classic look. I don't like how I can't read the text on some of the icons, so I am probably gonna add a dark gradient to the left side in flash 8 at some point perhaps.
