Well there was a abit in the 80's which wasn't very good. The acting was fine but the costumes and special effects didn't really keep up with the times. I think the Candyman was a good example of this.

yeah, star trek isnt too big here. only the hardcore watch it. they show reruns on G4, which was the video gaming station, now its going for a more adult audience

I was wandering why in America Trekkie's are sshown as nerds who if you listen to them sound like they believe it really happened.

In Britain there aren't to many convention or if there are there sort of small for the hardcore.

Though there is usualy a few underground shops and atleast one stall in an indoor market that sells that sort of stuff including videogame toys like halo.

And then theres the carboot sales worth abit of a rummage, and there's always a burger bar ready to serve up a cone of chips.

yer everyone in britain has a least watched star trek once and they keep on havin re-runs but its less popular than it was

oh, and i missed friday's episode. i was playing poker with my friends, and when i got home, i was too tired to see teh late night re-show. i saw the opening sequence, which was about sg-1 going to atlantis because they were near the ori super-gate. thats about all i know
