sorry, but you are quite wrong... Rammstein are no neonazi's, or related to nazism in general. The song you mentioned (links) has these lyrics:

basicly it means their hearts beat in the left chest, although people want that it's on the right... quite an obvious political meaning.

I can't deny that they act gay quite a lot:
