Well that's a tricky situation, especially not having any RL friends to help get your mind off of everything.
I broke up with my boyfriend only a few days ago, quite literally. How did I cope with it? At first, excessive writing (story, screenplay), video games, movies, etc (being a hermit basically) followed by A LOT of talking with people, going out to places I enjoy, and exercise (being more of an extrovert). Then, after allowing myself to overindulge in both of these spectrums, I forced myself to close off that part of me and move on. Was this the best way to handle my emotions? Perhaps. Perhaps not. Some would say I got over it "too fast", which is considered unhealthy. But, we all have our separate ways of dealing with stressful scenarios. As long as you don't allow yourself to do any severe harm to yourself emotionally (or.. physically D:), then i'm sure you'll be ok.
So ask yourself: What do you love to do, beyond all of this? Get in touch with that, and i'm sure you'll find some comfort in it.
