Yes, you are right, they sometimes abuse thier powers as moderators... It isn't a very good thing to discuss, we risk being banned by merely saying this, it's best to do this sort of thing over pms but this way our opinions really get out to people faster.

I think some of our new-ish members are in need of a level up. THey have been posting very often. I'm not "asking" for lvl ups to be given to them but they have been doing a lot of posting.

The combined Zillara and Sillpar forces arrived in the fort, making the numerical odds against the advancing army equal. However, there was one fortification problem with the castle that was expected to take the massive assualt...

"There is no trench around it. How will we prevent the enemy from using Siege Towers? There is also the issue of the walls. The outer wall is wood, and there is only a thin sheathing of stone to prevent the enemy from burning it down. These walls will not stand up to an artillery bombardment."

Raphael sighed.
"Our defenses weakened in the peace period. When the lords made peace with celebration, all of Sillpar thought that the peace would last forever, only minimal patrols were kept upon the border...Central Sillpar is not known for it's massive stone quarries. There is only plains and forest, and honorable, steel-willed men and women. All stone was imported from the North, where the mountains lie. We cannot help the stone problem, but we can solve the trench problem."

"I'm like everyone here. Get your soldiers to help dig the trench, this place will be a hellhole in about two hours-the ballista are already bombarding the enemy troop line."

One Hour-Fourty Five minutes later

Men and Women rushed to positions on the walls and near the gate. The Clarons had come into sight, and they had proper siege equipment. They had obviously taken their siege equipment from their attack on the border with them. The ballistas had shot half of their ammo, and the elite Clarons seemed to have few wounded and fewer dead.
"Blast. I hoped that our ballista would take more of them."
Raphael and Ressen had stationed their best men at the gates, where it was predicted the fiercest fight would be, if the enemy was successful in bashing down the gates with either artillery or battering rams.
"I'm experiencing severe deja-vu."
commented Ressen.
"Also, which should be destroyed first? The rams or the towers?"
"I have no idea, Ressen. I'm hoping that neither will be a bother. Many of my troops are either drafted or pulled up from the reserves. My original were the only hardened, bloodied men and women. I belive that you are lacking in elite numbers, also. We have enough food and water to last two years here, but I doubt that food and water will be a problem..."

Quarez: Right!

He rushed over to where Takura was defending the other soldier from the group of enemies. He quickly hurled the hatchet at one of the men. The man had raised his lance above his head to strike Takura when the hatchet hit its mark. The lance - and the man's arm - fell to the ground. He fell to the ground screaming and clutching his arm. All of the men turned their heads to get a look at who through the hatchet, which had now found its way back to Quarez. This gave Takura the chance he needed.

Takura: I have you now!

With a few quick jabs through each of the soldiers' chests, all of the surrounding enemies had fallen.

Quarez: Nice teamwork!

The soldier on the ground called to Takura.

Soldier: He a friend of yours?

Takura: Yah! His name's Quarez! Speaking of names, what's yours?

Koe: The name's Koe! You say it like toe!

Takura: Ok then Koe! Hey Quarez I'm gonna try and find this guy a safe place to hide so you go on without me!

Quarez: Sure thing buddy!

So Takura picked Koe up and ran off. Just then Trife came sprinting past Quarez, nearly knocking him down.

Quarez: What's with the rush!?

Trife: This place is falling down! We have to get out NOW!

With that he ran out the door, along with enemy soldiers, allied soldiers carrying injured allied soldiers and enemy soldiers alike, and the rest of T.E.D.S.

Quarez: OH CRAPP!

Pieces of wood started falling from everywhere and logs from the roof were coming down. A piece of wood came down and hit Quarez in the leg, HARD.

Quarez: SON OF A BITCH MY LEG!

Quarez limped his way to the door, but he was moving much too slow.

Quarez: Crapp I'm not gonna make it!

So he started to push himself and limped even faster, despite the immense pain this was causing him.

Quarez: Hey I might actually make it!

Just then a large piece of wood fell on Quarez's head, knocking him out cold. By this time Takura had found a hiding spot for Koe and had made his way back to the front of the tavern. He saw Quarez just as he collapsed.

Takura: QUAREZ NO!!!

He started towards the door, but Trife blocked his way.

Takura: Get out of my way! I HAVE TO HELP HIM!

Trife: You can't help him! If you go in there now you'll die too!

Just then the entire roof of the tavern collapsed. The tavern was literally seconds from collapsing.

Takura: QUAREZ!!!

Suddenly a figure quickly flashed by the group of men outside the tavern and rushed inside just as the rest of the tavern was coming down.

Trife: That guy's crazy!

Just after he said that there was a crash of a window. Everyone ran around to the side of the now-collapsed tavern. There was the same figure now standing over Quarez's unconscious body.

Voice: You're very lucky I was here.

Takura: Hey that's no guy's voice.

Girl: Correct. I'm a girl.

Takura: Well are you friend or foe?

Girl: Well I'm here to join with Tignir. I hope that's you guys because if it's not I'm in trouble.

Takura: No we're with the Tignir military. May I ask for your name?

Hinata: My name is Hinata.

At that moment Brendan came riding up to them.

Brendan: They're retreating! They're retreating! We've pushed them back!

He spoke the truth. The enemy was indeed retreating. Yet another victory for the Tignirian army.

Well, that came as a surprise. Alright, I'll do it. In the meantime, RP!

Raphael watched as they brought the siege towers back. He had seen this before, hell, he'd been part of it. "The ram." Ressen leaned foward. "Pardon?" Raphael spoke up louder. "They're going to smash in the gate first. But instead of wasting all of their effort into smashing the gate to hell and gone, they're going to smash it part of the way, then climb up using the towers."

Raphael remembered the assualt that put the seal on Central Sillpars sovereignty, when Raphael, much younger, was part of the insurgents combating the Warlord Alleigance that used to take up that space. They used this tactic to take the capital. Raphael was part of the battering ram team.

He remembered the screams, the yells, constantly dropping the ram as soldiers dropped left and right around him, only to pick it up once replacements picked up the ram once more. The blood and carnage...he remembered all too well. The only reason why he stayed in the army was his belief that if the countries existed as they are for so long, they would become permanant, and the state of war would die down.

He knew exacly how to counter it. "You, you, and you!" he pointed at three of his more bulky soldiers "Unbar the gate. You!" he beckoned to his runner. "Get me some of the finest snipers you can find." As the three unbarred the gate, Ressen looked at him puzzled. Before he could say anything, Raphael said, "Don't worry. I have a plan."

The runner came back with six snipers, averaging around level 7. "Take up positions behind the gate!" said Raphael. The four battering rams grew closer, as the snipers took their positions. The gate smashed open without much opposition. The ram team burst through to the other side, not expecting such a lack of resistance. They were easy picking for the snipers.

None were spared. The Clarons had not sent follow up troops, as they were all near the towers, waiting for the rams. The gates swung shut, barred once more, battering rams securely locked inside.

Word has it his father had left a crime syndicate known as the
"Agents of Iyis" in order to marry his mother.
This perhaps explains the lockpick he carries.
At age 12 he lost his mother during a raid of unknown creatures.
It is said that is when he set out on his journey.
He takes pride in the crude topographical database he carries in his book.
Still, his motives are unclear.

Hmm getting quite a bit of people in the Tignir force. Hopefully we dont get too many people. Also on a side note I never knew how mean the CS Source club was. I just asked for their consent on making a 1.6 club and they called me stupid.

Eh a short RP to close the battle.

"They may be retreating but escape is not an option",yelled General Williams. Takura immediatly thought that was the best idea considering those men could build up a new army to attack them once again. The Tignir snipers and archers instantly rained a hail of arrows on their attackers that were retreating. The first barrage of arrows left only 20 something men alive which the cavaliers cut down. "Now the battle is truly over",said Takura in an exhausted tone. "Oh crap got to go check on Quarez.",said Takura. "Hey where is the axe wielder Quarez of the T.E.D.S. unit",asked Takura to General Williams. "He should be over in that house over there still unconcious from a board wound or something",said General Williams pointing to a nearby house.

"Quarez...",said Takura rather loud as he walked into the house. He was told to be quiet by the T.E.D.S. healing unit. Takura recognized the woman who rescued Quarez from what could have killed him. "Hey thanks for saving my friend there"said Takura to the woman in a hushed tone. "No problem just doing my job",said the woman to Takura. "Names Takura what is yours?",asked Takura. "Hinata nice to meet you Takura",said Hinata. "Likewise",said Takura. Takura gave her a crisp salute and then left the house.

Takura then looked around for Koe outside. Immediatley he saw him bandaging himself. "Hey Koe!",yelled Takura to the men. Koe ran over fast and said thanks for rescuing him and everything. "You will have to thank Quarez when he awakens too",said Takura. "Not a problem Takura I owe you guys my life",said Koe and he saluted Takura. Takura returned with a salute and walked over to an empty spot on the ground. He sat down and began to apply a vulrenarie to his wounds. Takura was incredibly thankful that the long battle was finally over.

When is Dej gonna be able to RP again? I just want to know because me and Mugen and everyone else who's in the Tignir militia can't go through ANOTHER battle and be the ONLY ones in it. It will be too repetitive. And I don't think there is really anything else to RP about right now. Except of course if we were to do love scenes. Yah that might actually work.
