This part does not take place in Czarina, but it serves as an excuse to possibly get me back there, through contact with Ramun_Flame.

...it had been two days since Kadrian and his squad had begun their march.
"How can the people here live in these forests? They are unbearably humid, while being hot as hell at the same time! What..."
"Cut the chatter."
They traveled on for abut two more hours untill they found signs of civilization.

"According to the directions the local gave us, there is a trade village ahead. We can stock up on supplies other than hard crackers there."
"Good, let us proceed."

While they were in the town, they stumbled upon a mage wearing the same suspiscios uniform as the unidentified baddies were wearing. He was traveling with two other people, an assasin, who should have done better to concal his possesion of long knivs, and an archer, with a horse, by the looks of it. Kadrian motioned for his troops to follow the, and suddenly...
"You there! Halt!"
The mage didn't even look back toientify them. He simply bolted. His companins followed him.
"I said..."
Kadrian, being physically stronger, quickly caught up with the mage.
"HALT!!"
He punched the mage in the back of the head, knocking him to the ground.
"In the name of his majesty, King Lufis, you are under arrest, for disturbances to the public!"
When the mage tried to get up, Kadrian kicked him back into the dust.
"Don't resist!"
"...why..."
The mage struggled a bit to get his face out of the dirt.
"...Why do you attack me?"
"Do not act like a fool! You are wearing the clothing of a group of unidentified terrorists...urk!"
Kadrian suddenly found a knife at his throat. The assassin had come to the terrorist's aid.
"Get off of him, he is not your enemy."
"This is none of your matter, traveler, this man..."
The assassin brought the knife closer to his throat. Kadrian got the message, and took his foot off of the mage. The mage slowly got up, brushed himself off, and looked at Kadrian. As he did, the assassin laid off of Kadrian.
"Please! I am not who you seek. I may wear as they do, but I am against the followers of Nergal!"
"What do you speak of?"
"Surely you have not heard of the highest evil?"
"...no. But if he is responsible for the current terrorism, I'm going to put him under arrest. What do you know of him...?"

You know, Black Cat, you are only supposed to click the Post Button once so this stuff doesnt happen. Incredible writing, however.

Thank you, and I'm sorry. I try to prevent that, but you see, the page freezes up, it refuses to load. So I hit the "Back" button, go forward again, and post it again, because it does not show an existing post. Yet, it somehow always comes up with two. It's incredibly annoying.

I am seing people that obtain wounds, but never heal them on the spot.

Hello people, what do you think the vulneraries and elixirs are for?

Healing wounds, of course.

Vulneraries can only be applied to fairly minor wounds, such as shallow cuts, small slashes, and small punctures and bruises, and elixirs, to deep cuts, bashed skulls, shattered bones, and large punctures, as well as minor wounds.

Vulneraries and elixirs are to be applied as you would alcohol to a cut, soak a cloth or something and wash the wound with it, or pour it onto the wound.

It was a surprise attack. Nergal was supposedly vanquished, defeated years ago. However, that apparently doesn't stop him and his forces from sucker punching the kingdom of Czarina.

Obviously, however, the home of the famouse Knights and Paladins weren't to go down without a fight.

"To Arms!" came the battle cry, along with the bugle. Robert stumbled out bed, rubbing his eyes. "An attack..." he muttered, then quickly threw on some light armor, grabbed his lance, sword, and helmet, and mentally steeled himself for what would come next. The twenty-year old then grabbed his Hopland Guard, and rushed out of the barrack.

A large force had snuck their way past the gates, and were currently engaging the night watch. The night watch were fighting well, but were outnumbered. As soon as Robert got outside, he was met by a mermydion and a gargoyle. "Oh fuck." he stated. He rolled to the left to avoid the gargoyle's strike, and came to his feet, iron lance ready.

Robert struck the mermydion in the face with the butt end, and pivoted away from him. He used the momentum to thrust at the gargoyle. Didn't work half as well as he planned. The gargoyle caught the lance, and tossed him away. He hit the ground two feet away, and rolled to his feet. "This is why I'm going to be a Paladin." he muttered.

The swordsman rushed him once more, and Robert blocked his strike with his hastily drawn sword. He twirled his opponents sword away, and clouted him in the face with a punch. Right there! An opening! Robert took the initiative, and thrust his sword into the man's chest.

"Now for the gargoyle." thought Robert. He tossed his sword at him, which the gargoyle obviously dodged. He ran, slid, and picked up his lance once more. The gargoyle recovered, and rushed Robert, jabbing with his lance. Robert dodged twice, and the third struck home, plunging into his shoulder.

Robert cried out in pain, then returned the favor. Into the gargoyle's face. The gargoyle hissed, then collapsed. Robert slowly pulled the lance out of his shoulder. "Yup. Definetely becomind a Paladin."

As much as I would like to assist my ally in battle, Dejanus has claimed to have to post in order, so I cannot return to Czarina and fight beside Hitthetarget.

OK guys I am back temporarily. Sorry for the confution, I thought I would be gone longer....
Anyways, I am back in it, but am I after Scud now?

As for the thrid chapter of the RPG, we shoudl be all "in" it, unless otherwise stated. I also see no reason to have order to the posts. As for when it starts, can we refer to the clock at the bottom of NG? THat would make it easier for people who arent here to know when the chapter has started.

I think i'll post what has happend so far to sum up the first two chapters...

Dark Chapter 1

Note i had to improvise some bits becasue some bits didnt make sense

Lord Nergal, the ultimate evil, has had his eye on taking over this land for a long time. For his plan to succeed, he would need to take all the sacred weapons of this world to prevent another from foiling his plan. He still has one (or more) to find, and he gets a report of an old rival mage about. He sends his men to eliminate him.

Ramun, the mage was training in a forest when mercenaries attacked him. Easily slaying a few, he ran towards the nearby town.

Meanwhile a fair way away from this village, a military leader, Kadrian is leading his men towards the village. Wyvern knights had been sent in front of him to scout ahead.

At the village, Ramun slew a few more mercnearies.

Eltosian, servant mage of Nergal is in a village which gets attacked by Nergal's soldiers. He watches as Ramun (yet unknown to him) is attacked by his lord's soldiers.

Ramun kills several of them before retreating into a tent. In there he meets Jaffar the assasin. After a breif conversation, they part.

Eltosian watched on and, seeing his men losing, sent a mercenary back to Nergal to get reinforcements.

After a mercenarie's request for reinforcments, Zidor, one of Nergal's trusted generals was ordered to go aid in the destruction of the mage.

Eltosian watched as his men feared to go into the tent to finish the mage. He was about to lead the charge in himself, when he saw a large number of soldiers riding into town. Thinking that survival was more important than the mage, he ran the other way, only to be confronted by what seemed to be the reinforcents he requested. A steel axe was thrown at him, and whether it was an accident or not, Eltosian pulled out his staff and teleported himself to a surrounding cave.

Back at the village, Zidor and his men had arrived at the village, cursing as he saw his own general, Eltosian think they were going to kill him, and teleport away. He would have to deal with the other mage (Ramun) himself now. He made it clear that his men would attack the tent or be slain by himself, emhasizing his point by decapitating a scared mercenary.

During all this confusion, Jaffar fled the scene and Ramun followed him.

Chapter 2
Meanwhile, the nomad, Vancha was resting in a cave close to the village. Suddenly a mage appeared and a conflict begun. The mage easily overpowerd Vancha and went into his mind, discovering all of Vanchas past. After realised that this man was in a previous vilalge raid, Eltosian thought that it would amuse him to let Vancha live. He then sent Vancha unconsious and left for his lord's tower.

Meanwhile, a warrior named Jake was walking through the forest when he came across a corpse. Before he could examine the corpse further, he was attacked by a knight. After some tricking sword technique, Jake easily overpowerd the man.

Jake continued, but he didnt know that the mage, Eltosian had followed him after leaving the cave. He watched Jake deal with more soldiers with ease but saw that thsoe that attacked Jake were of the same group of those who destroyed his village long ago. Seeing that Jake wore the armour of his master's enemy, Eltosian decided to return to Nergal's tower to infrom Nergal of the events that day.

Back at the village, Zidor and his men realised that the mage they were trying to slay (Ramun) had got away. After cursing, he saw an assasin leap down (i assume this is Jaffar). Zidor found this assasin had his axe. The assasin threw it tauntingly back to Zidor. Zidor slashed at the man, but his axe failed him and shattered on the assasin's seeminly invisible armour. He was then struck and left for dead.

A mysterious man of the dark art wondered the forest and came upon the village. He found its inhabitants had ran. On the ground was a man close to death. Mephostophilis was about to help the man, when a greedy thoguth came to mind. Mephostophilis then left the man to die, as he served Mephostophilis no purpose.

Ramun watched Jaffar cut down Zidor. Amazed, Ramun asked Jaffar if he would aid him in his quest to stop the rising evil upon the land. After promises of being famous and rich, Jaffar agreed. On their way, they found Jake.

In the village, Eltosian decided to return to it before heading back to his master's tower. He found the general Zidor. He healed the man and gave him an axe. At this time they were attacked, and the two easily and skillfully dispatched their attackers. After realising they both served the same master, they headed off to Nergal's tower.

Jaffar and Ramun continued on towards the next village. On their way they met the powerful swordmaster, Jake and the sharpshooting nomad, Vancha. The four joined forces against evil and continued to the next village.

Meanwhile, Eltosian and Zidor approached Nergal's tower when a wyvern attacked. After his "lure and strike" plan failed, Eltosian was saved by a mysterious man. The mysterious man was not seen, but he owed it his life.

Kadrian led his men forward and met Jake,Jaffar,Vancha and Eltosian. They joined forces and headed to Czarnia.

Oops, sorry time was running low, it took me about an hour to compile that story and i was running low on characters at the end so i must've accidentally said Eltosian. Thanks for the fix.

Okay, here I go:

Nergal was overlooking the caimpaign map in his stronghold when Lt. El-Jonson walked in. Jonson was his acting secretary at the time. " How goes the caimpaign in Czarina?" Nergal said. " Not well, lord. We have been stalled at a small outpost near the border..." " How many causalties?" "Lord?" "AWNSER ME!" Nergal boomed. "8000 on both sides, my lord." "Excellent, and my generals are still on their way?" "Um, yes, lord." Jonson quivered. " Send the order to pull our reserves and generals back, now before it is too late." Nergal ordered " But, lord! What of the troops on the front..." "THEY HAVE FAILED! Thier punishment is death" "Yes, lord, I shall relay the order."

Nergal left the caimpagn room and retired to his quarters, there was work to be done. Nergal stood next to the unholy altar next to his throne and started chanting. His words were not ever meant to be heard by mankind, and what they unleashed, was not of this world.

At the Czarinan outpost, the ground began to shake. The quintessence of all those who fell in that battle gathered around the HQ. Then the building exploded in a blast of dark energy, and in its place stood a Dragon of The Dark.

I'm not sure, but I think it's because some users (me) cannot post at the same time as other RPers. So, we post in order so noone is left behind.

Even though it's kind of a good idea, It's starting to become boring, waiting for others, even though it's the right thing to do...

I know what you mean, it means everyone will get their say, but it also means that we have to wait extra long. What if we left each chapter open for like 24 hours and every one could only post like twice.

Allright, who wants to post next? Please tell me so I can make an easier list. Use the thread instead of Pms form now on, that was fucking confusing. I would like HitTheTarget to be first, as his character is closest to the Dragon of The Dark.

Waking, Eltosian realized that day had come. He walked towards the lookout post to do a check before waking Zidor. What he saw was a gruesome sight. The town had been burnt to the ground. Nothing stood where the town had been. But wait-there was something there. It seemed to be an egg of some sort. He decided to get a closer look, leaving Zidor to his rest.

When he reached the town, he had a clear view of the item. It was indeed an egg, but nothing he had seen before. If had a very strange pattern, and it was very large for an egg that could be found here. When he looked closer at the egg, he saw that the pattern was an incantation, etched into the shell. Suddenly, he realised what lay inside that egg.

"No..." Eltosian said under his breath, "it can't be..."

But it was. Lord Nergal had used the forbidden magic to call forth the dark dragon, the most powerful evil in all of the land. And, after destroying the town, that dragon had lain an egg. Eltosian couldn't let that egg hatch, but he also couldn't let lord Nergal know of his deed. He would need to do it in secret. But how? Nergal had eyes everywhere, even in the depths of the ocean. He would find out, and he would put in a special request for Eltosian's "extermination." Then, he realized how he could keep from being seen. But it would require a risk, a risk that would have him searching in the cave. A search for the mysterious "shadow man."

When Zidor awoke, he found a note on his forehead. He read it, and quickly gathered his supplies and set off for a cave not too far away.

The not read "Meet me in the nearest cave, bring your stuff. Tell no one, be fast."

He suddenly knew that Eltosian needed help, and fast.

"Where did they go?" one of the generals demanded, "They were here just five hours ago!'

Obviously, the search for the two other generals had not been going as planned. They had only three hours to bring both of them to lord Nergal before their heads would be served on a silver platter, right before lord Nergal's very eyes. He couldn't let that happen.

Suddenly, a shadow flew out of the brush. The commander saw it for a split-second, and then it was gone. When he turned, he saw half of his men dead, and a token of warning: a rune in the sand.

"Th-that rune!" the commander cried, "It's HIM!"

He ordered the rest of his company to leave the area at once, and retreat as quickly as possible. They questioned him, but he silenced them all with a sharp "NOW!" He was definitely rattled, and the soldiers silenced their tongues and followed their orders.

"Hm. It seems as though Allirm's very own demon has taken a liking to our two... fugitives. This will make the scene much more interesting. I look forward to seeing lord Nergal's reply to this event."

He paused for a moment, in thought, and then hurried up to the rest of his platoon. He did not want to be left alone on these mountains, that was for sure.

call me a noob, but i did'nt know someone was spaming our crew!

it is going to be hard for me to post in the rp. I have a day job and because of that i can't get on the computer till late at night, usually after the rp is declared over for the night. Any suggestions on what i should do?
