My most painful thing was when the doctor was working on my cist. I had one just below my ear. He stuck a pin in it and pinched it, it hurt like crap. Then he gave me a shot to numb it, but it still hurt.

Many people are saying instances where they hurt themselves badly. Usually the worse it is, the less you feel from it. For instance, I cut up my hands pretty badly on a blender a while back, but it was painless.

I got shot directly in the bridge of my nose with a BB gun at a range of about 4 feet. It broke my nose, and my face and torso were almost completely covered in blood for about 7 hours (apparently the operation peoples 'forgot' to clean the blood before they went to work on my nose).

You ever seen a nose cast? It isn't pretty.

My most painful thing is when i was little there was a 5" nail with a 1" square head and i was jumping over a sprinkler barefooted and i guess you guys can put 2 and 2 together.

When I was 6 I got a pair of play scissors and cut through a toaster cord. Cause it was there.

I was at the park, and I was walking to see some freinds when Aload of little kids were playing with a branch, they pulled it back and let it go, it swung about 20 meters ( it was a big branch) and a sharp bit smacked me in the eye.
