My only tatic is to advance as much as u can, although with my new flatline barrell i dont have to advance as close anymore due to how accurate it is. I dont really care weather its in the woods or in an actual paintball place as long as its a medium or large sized place and there's enough barrier stations i'm cool. Oh yeah and i'll be posting some pics up tonight of the paintball place in the junkyard me and my friends built and some pics of the woods too.

I'm gonna have to disagree with you there. I've been playing speedball only since last august. In the 12 months that i played, I had to rent a tippmann almost every time. I have a reputation around my block for having horrible guns that always need work done on. And I'm not too bad at speedball either, the tippmanns work perfectly, you dont need a fast gun to play speedball, you just need to be able to snapshoot, run, and dive well. It's a very intense game.

No, response triggers are pretty much useless. They only give a bounce back. I just use my Halo Trigger finger haha.

I think the tippmann is one of the better mechanical guns for speedball. It's very easy to switch sides with, its accurate, you shoot as fast as the gun shoots, hardly any ball breaks, and not very heavy.

Exactly i totally agree with u, tippmann 98's and A-5's r one of the best semi-autos u can get. There's this one asshole i know that i used to go to school with that says A-5's r junk, lol, he honestly thinks that, thats total bullshit.

Yep, I'm probably going to get an A-5 if my gun keeps acting up. I have to change my ball detents every month, cause they wear down so much. Then when they finally do wear down, my bolt doesnt get snapped back and it crushes a few balls, messing up my eyeys and some ballls in my hopper.

It's a good gun though, very accurate and light.

yeah that does look cool, oh yeah and here's the pics of my little junkyard paintball arena that me and my friends play at: the first one here is the first barrier station we built out of an old oven, dryer, old rusted up water heater, some wood and an old piece of metal sheeting.

the second one here is made out of rusted barrells stacked with railroad lumber and rusted fencing

This barrier station is just made out of metal sheeting and yes we did spray paint the stations obviously.

Thats a long slope of slate that the other side uses as a barrier to protect its flag, its a little hard to see with all of the trees. Then behind them is a steep trail that leads into the woods where the team stores their flag. Pretty much u have to take out the defenses at this slate barrier to get to their flag.

This is the snyper hill side barriers and this is the last pic, pretty cool place huh? its a its a nice little place to play, let me know what u guys think, sry about all the post but thats the only way i knew to get them all up here.

yeah i know there's also an old knocked down building there too but there's only one side thats clear all the other sides r full of old rusted junk and it'd be unsafe to go on them sides and yeah like i said we use some of the woods behind the slate slope barrier too.

BTW, have any of you ever heard of a scenario place in one of the Dakotas that gives you WWII uniforms and helmets, plus guns that have been converted to fire paintballs? It's got bunkers, paint mines, paint nades, MG-42's that can fire a box of paintballs in 45 seconds. I so want to go there.

It's nice. Nah, you dont need a longer barrel. 10 Inches is perfect enough to have. If you get a long one like a 20, then youll start getting innacurate. The longer the ball is in the barrel, the more inacurate and slower itll come out, unless yo have wind tunnels.

I've heard of the MG-42's, never seen one yet though.. There are alot of scenarios aroudn here. West Point, skirmish, cousins, and many others. They usually allow you to bring your trucks and cars and use them as tanks.

I havent been to one, never could a fford it, but i would sure as hell want to go!

Yeah, 16 is basically the limit to how long of a barrel you should get. I got a 14 inch JJ ceramic barrel, and I don't need any more length than that.

What gun do you have again twone?

My barrel is 10 and 3/4, wierd..., and its accurate enough, even on my speedball guns to play in the woods.

I've never heard of such a place or of such paintball guns that can fire a box in 45 seconds, but it sounds like the sickest paintball place ever

I love paintball! I try and play at least once a month. I got an Ion, but it's really tricked out! I have a green strange body kit (rare) a green aluminum grip, a 16 in. freak barrel with .689 insert and green tip, clamping feed neck, virtue board, blade rolling trigger and a green Halo B hopper. I'm looking for a grip, but its hard to find one to match all the green. I'll post a pic soon. Oh and i wear a green 2007 Proto jersey and 2006 Proto pants (the pants are still in great condition, so I'm waiting till the '08 apparel comes out before i upgrade again). I play both outdoors and indoors, but i find that outdoors is too easy, so I've been going indoors a lot more.
