rite,im kind of a noob and need help ! ive seen the videos ,rated them and now i want to make them!

He may not have been talking about flash animations.
He mentioned videos, not games/movies, so he may be talking about things seen at places like Google Videos etc.
In that case, those videos are reccorded, not animated.
