I just bought Day of Deafeat: Source and, when I went to play it, it said that my GeForce 5X 5200 graphics card was outdated. I looked on the Nvidia site and I could not find an update for the Geforce 5200 series cards. Anyone got any suggestions? I'll try Google.

Assuming you're on Windows XP / Windows 2000, you need to download this. It's a driver for your card series.
