I Hate G4tv

Yeah, you read the title right. I kinda made this as a combatant to all the G4 threads.

I miss TechTV. When G4 came, everything just went downhill. They ruined The Screen Savers, then completely replaced it with Attack of the Show. They took away Call for Help, then brought it back, then I never heard anything about it again.

They made X-Play very, very stupid. X-Play used to be a pretty intelligent show that rated video games, brutally honest. Now, the reviews are all covered in stupid, poorly made Flash movies and voiceovers.

There were bunches of awesome TechTV specials that came on...but now there's no good specials.

Even Unscrewed with Martain Seargent was a better show than most of the programming on G4.

I will give G4 one thing...G-phoria is the best video game award show. But then again, their competition is the SpikeTV Video Game Awards...and, well, there's not much competition there.

While I somewhat agree with you, lets get one thing straight, X-Play always had the immature humor the show is known for. Just less of it in the beginning. But the more the better I say :)

no, they changed the name from icons to game makers. or was it game makers to icons? i don't know! XP but anyways i only like cheat because some of the the cheats are useful. but your right about that ugly whore. so don't call me stupid! 'kay?

I agree 100%. And the sad part is, that's what everyone's image of anyone who plays video games is like, so all they do is reinforce that dumbass appeal.
