Alright i'm n00b at AS i know if, else i dont know telltarget and _root i know all movie commands and i know on some commands and a bit more
i want to learn as, where should i start?

cartoonsmart.com has some pretty decent guides. Right now you can get a almost 2 hours course on what he calls "not so basic AS" but it is rather basic if you ask me. And you get a 4 hour drawing tut too. only 5 bucks =). Sorry I shouldnt be plugging cartoonsmart.com hehe
just head over to www.kirupa.com for some quick and free guides =)

I don't know where to tell you if i can't tell you AS main, but you can goto www.actionscript.com and take some turtorials
Get a free Ipod*sounds like spam* actually works! advertisers pay for the free iPod so they can get new customers. that should be you. just click it.

What about the help files within Flash?
By the way, don't use telltarget. It's an old, depricated way of doing things, and very ugly too.

tellTarget() can be usefull sometimes.......but not often.... I always liked www.actionscript.org/tutorials :P
