Oh, Right, Let me guess - you think that the Lebanon is helpless and innocent, and Israel is attacking them without a reason, because we want to start a war. If so, you are all wrong. Lebanon isn't helpless, and definitely not innocent. The war started after Lebanon Kidnapped two of our soldiers. They kidnapped two israeli men, that put themselves on risk to protect us, the israeli citizens, from the Lebaneses and Palestinians. Isn't that obvious that we will do every possible thing to bring them back to their home safely?
Do you know that while the Lebanese leaders are sitting with their families in their safe bunkers, our defense minister is sitting with his family in Shderot, in the cease-fire line? In a place where every moment there might be a Katyusha rocket? All of us, the israelis, lives in a constant fear and immediate danger. This war is intended to protect us, to promise our safety, not to harm the palestinians or Lebanon. You think that Israel isn't paying a price because of these war, Innocent Israeli citizens died because of the Kayusha rockets that Lebanon shoot. You think that we enjoy it?
And we are trying to harm the innocent people as less as possible. Before we entered the Gaza Strip as a response to the kidnapping of one of our soldiers, our people say clearly in TV that we don't wnat to hurt innocent people, and asked them to stay in safe places.
in conclusion, I don't expect you to understand or change your mind. most of you were probably educeted to hate Israel, and of course that it is easier to do, because of all the thing you hear on TV. But when you finally wake up and get yourself your own opinion, something that you realy believe in, I really hope that you will think about everything that I said as someone who really was there and really know what happens, and not only things that you hear from people who just think they not what happens.
