I agree, especially when you think of all the fine details he put in the universe.

The old testament can get really crazy sometimes, but the bible is actually just as much about treating fellow people as it is about fearing and praising god.

Understand that there's more then 1 "god".
Creating the universe must have been a big job,
Kicking and throwing everything together, he must've worked hard.

God, well I just think the "big bang theory" is just more logical.
Over-looking the facts, it's probably true, who knows?
Don't know if it ever will be explained... Well maybe in teh future.

I dont know why you think that every christian will sin and then start pointing fingures. I go to church and the people I deal with dont do that. They admit that they arent perfect and everyone sins. No one is perfect. Just because you are a christian and doesnt mean you wont ever sin again. But I have met people out there who will do one thing and when someone else does it they start pointing fingures like you said, but those people arent true christians. And if you atheist it doesnt meen you need to get on here and start trying to make people not believe in god.

well, i'm a christian, but I also believe in freedom of speech, so he can talk all he wants. if you are steadfast, a little atheist shouldn't be a problem.

Question though:

Atheists seem to spend alot of time advertising and arguing about the absence of God. Does this mean they are insecure about their beliefs and trying to find closure, or do they try and "convert" people, or is it just for show?

Exactly where have you seen this? Most people don't even know what an ATHEIST is.

You better change your ways before it is to late man. Its gonna suck for you when you die. Im sure you will change your ways. Being a christian doesnt mean you have to be a jesus freak and go to church 24/7, read the bible and pray all the time. Its just about accepting jesus dies on the cross for our sins so we could have everlasting life. And then you spread gods word. I think thats why people dont believe in god because they just dont want to spend sunday at church or they think it will drastically change there lives to the point where they cant have any fun.
