Loading screens

Can somebody please give me a simple step-by-step guide telling me how to make loading screens for my movies using flash 5?
It would b really appreciated as i dont like when my movies get jerky cos they're just playing.

***This is to load all the movie before it plays***
www.flashkit.com has good simple step by step guides but heere goes:
1. Right click the 1st keyframe and go to actions.
2. open up basic actions and then double click if Frame Is loaded.
3. Where the field named Scene is select the last scene of the movie.
4. Where the field named Type is select frame number.
5. Where the field named Frame is type in the frame number of the last frame in the last scene of the movie.
6. Then still in the actions window, under basic actions, click Goto, then Where the field named Scene is , select the scene which contains the frame u want to start at.
7. Where the field named Type is select Frame Number.
8. Where the field named Frame is type in the frame number at which the movie starts.
