Why I think Quebec is heaven? Legal drinking age 18 y/o, shopkeepers don't care how old you are regardless, food is great, just :D, gotta love that great ol view quebec.

Just because the area is free for emos doesn't mean that the country is. Just face the facts, the emo's are just a few miles away and sooner or later they will appear in Quebec too. You can fight the plauge, but you can't stop the infection.
