Nice, the sea is a bit bland though, you may want to add something in there.

It looks better than 80% of the stuff on Newgrounds I'd say. The lines are smooth and even, it's colored with some detail, and the drawing has a style to it. I like it.
Captain Nacho though? I can tell you I wouldn't watch, based solely on the cheesy name (no pun intended).

You forgot to put DO!!!! in italics and bold, to make sure he knew that no amount of misspelling will be tolerated here on the BBS. Nevermind that he's from the Netherlands and might be taking English only as a second language, you've got spelling errors to rub in people's faces.
