Stupid question because that is as close to apples and oranges as you can get. I guess it depends on if you like Doom Metal or Melodic Heavy Metal better. Personally I like Maiden better.

Oh, and Iron Maiden is better than Black Sabbath. I never found Ozzy Osbourne to be a good singer, but Bruce Dickinson fucking rocks !!!

They are both really good bands and they are in my top ten favorite bands but I would have to go with Iron Maiden.
