I had Crapes!

This morning I woke up pretty early and couldn't get back too sleep so I figured I'd go out for breakfast. I was getting ready and my old man was up so I offered to let him come with. I ordered some stuff and figured I'd try some Crape Suzete.

For those of you who don't know, its a breakfast/dessert that's half flan, half pancake usually served with fruit and whipped cream or a sort of apple dip. They taste a lot lot apple turnovers! Fucking delicious! All warm and chewy, and sweet. MMmmmm!!

I know I don't say this often enough.... but thank you, France.

When I was in Maryland, there was a shop just for coffee and crepes. I swear it was heaven.

I got one with chocolate sauce and strawberries, with powdered sugar on top. And some hot chocolate too. It made my tummy warm.

It's "crepe's" but whatever.

I had those at a party and they were the best desert I've ever had. The guy that made them even made one's with meat, shrimp, vegetables, etc. inside so it was kinda like having a lunch then a great dessert.

I had crepes for the first time when I made them, I was bored so i whipped up some. They were awesome. But ever since that i havn't been able to make any, they all come out like crap.
