Ever since the introduction of masturbation to the public audience by Mark Twain, fapping has been a much more excepted art in America.
In modern era we have chosen to ridicule masturbation because of it's peculiarity from actual sex. We also do this when it comes to crapping or pissing; we make fun of our neccesary bodily functions because of their messiness.
Because masturbation is such a vital function for anyone who hasn't/cannot (under age)had sex, I propose the following:
FAP ROOMS.
For both men and women. A lotion dispenser as well as a dildo(attached to the wall so no one will steal it) will be installed in what will look like the regular bathroom, but entirely set up for a different purpose.
I say we introduce this revolutionary idea to the government so they can build these fap rooms across the nation, and we will never be fap-deprived again!
