I've changed my pictures for .png .jpeg but still getting lag when i move, is there any other tricks to reducing lag?

... Lag? Why would there be lag when editing in Flash?

(Unless you meant extra processing time in between each action)

If there ids any actionscript, try to get rid of any unnecessary lines or parts that don't do anything =)

When playing the game...i move my character and it delays...pretty badly

You could try setting the quality to medium or low, or using less detail in the graphics. Also, how old is your PC? Because if thats an issue you might want ot consider getting a more powerful one... just friendly advice ^_^

My pc is pretty good its not that, yeah it works when i reduce quilty but then looks worse. and dotn wanna do that :'(

If its a large amount of data (dimensions bigger than 2000px e.g.) then consider splitting the image up.
Otherwise, use PNG's as they allow alpha channels and flash generally works with them better.

Most of the pictures are in the background and it scrolls, thats why, but i need to keep it like that.
