Check this out.
It's an animation painted entirely on public walls. Basically, they've pained the first frame of an animation, taken a photo of it, then scrubbed it out and painted the next frame, taken a photo of it, and repeated that for ages to create a fantastic graffiti animation.
The patience that goes into creating something like this is astounding.
