New information about the next series.

The Ood are returning in an episode where The Doctor will visit their home planet. I'd assume it'll involve The Beast, since they'd be a pretty shite villain on their own

BTW: I live in the UK, So some episodes may differ.

1) Kylie Mynogue will play as the Doctors Companion in the Christmas Special, which carries on from where Last of the Time Lords (Series 3, Episode 13) left off where the Titanic crashed into the TARDIS.

2) Catherine Tate will be taking over as the Doctors Companion for the whole of Series 4, and will be the same Character as she was in the 2006 Christmas Special, Donna Noble.

3) The Ood from Series 2 will be returning in an Episode called Planet of the Ood
But this time, Will they be Good or Bad?

(In Series 2, they were both)

Hey guys! I'm back from vacation!

First, anything happen? I haven't had a chance to look through the previous pages, nor any news posts.

Second, nothing really amazing happened in Atlantic City. I got an AIM screen name, because the girl is from Ohio. She was there for some dance competition thing. Whatever. I lost like $30 (3 games) trying to win a PS3, 360 or Wii on those skill games that are rigged, too. You throw this softball thing in a plastic bucket, which is on an angle. the back of it is spring loaded, so if the ball is thrown too hard, it comes back out. Got a couple close shots, but they came back out.

So it's definately Catherine Tate then?

Aye, for at least the next season. She best be fucking off after that. Hopefully they'll focus on Martha when she comes back halfway through, and relegate Tate to the back seat, like they did with Jack this series.

The episodes aren't changed when broadcast eleswhere.

I mean, she did a half way decent job when she was in it before but there was no need to bring her back. The only way I tolerated it was knowing that it was going to be a one off.

I don't understand her popularity at all, she's not really that funny. Her humour is like a second rate Little Britain... and Little Britain is shite.

Nah, that finished a good few weeks ago over here. We're all busy being gutted that Catherine Tate, from the Runaway Bride, is going to be the next companion.

We'll get the next series of Torchwood before we get the next series of Doctor Who, though. I still can't see how they'll work Martha into that, unless they do a complete personality swap, like they did with Jack.

I wonder if they'll give her a gay scene. Every other member of Torchwood has had one.

Speaking of which, America is finally getting Torchwood! I'm not sure when, but it's coming to BBC America. Just saw a commercial for it the other night. Can't wait.

I'm almost certain she'll have one. The rest have. Owen kissed that bloke when using that alien aphrodisiac in a bar, Gwen kissed that lass in the episode with the sex gas alien, Jack and Ianto had the whole watch conversation, and he kissed him when reviving him, and Toshiko kissed that lass who turned into a weird ghost-like alien. I'm sure they'll give Martha one, too.

I did. I find the best place for news is the BBC website. Link. Only thing is doesn't show is any spoiler news. I check it every few days, mostly for DVD release dates.

I assume not, because it seems like he was just an extra/extremely minor part, and he hasn't been in anything since then, that I could tell of.

Bought the Time-Flight/Arc of Infinity box set today. The box is a bit rubbish, though. I can see it falling apart. The DVDs are difficult to get out of it without damaging it, too. Mind, the New Beginnings box was exactly the same. They should have made them the same as the Beginning box set, that one had the little notches in for taking the DVDs out, and was sturdier.

I'm running out of shelf space for them, too. Once the Key to Time box set is out, I'll have to think about getting a new shelf :O

Haha, I heard about that. Isn't it just a video game version of the Top Trumps Doctor Who pack? I can't see it selling well.

Just watched Time-Flight. A bit of a ridiculous premise, two concords being sent back to the Jurassic period where an evil alien sorcerer, who is eventually revealed to be the Master in disguise, is hypnotising people into helping him steal some ancient power source.

Below average episode, with one of the worst endings I've seen. I'll watch Arc of Infinity later, see if that's any better.
