Looking for a female programer! <3

I have almost the most perfect studio of female artists, but I'm missing one thing, a skilled programmer. ;_____;

I need a programmer that can do action script for dating-sim games, female (A MUST), preferably likes anime (yaoi too), and has spent some time in flash.

We have just gotten Flash this spring, but two of us have been take spring classes for the last three years. We are still getting used to the program though, and we don't know every bell and whistle, which would be nice if someone could tell us where everything is and such.

Hearts (Full name = Hearts of Inu Yasha):
A girl that loves to draw. She aspires to be a Manga artist and has a passion for anime. She has a twin sister that is also in this studio under the username of 'Lain'. Her favorite kind of game is Dating-Sim, and hopes to create a revolution on New Grounds when she creates Hentai free dating sims for girls! She is skilled in Photoshop, iMovie, and Flash.

Lain (Full name = Serial Experiment Lain):
A (cute, haha kidding) girl that loves Yaoi and aspires to move to Japan and get a career in Anime/Manga. She loves RPGs, and wants to see a Yaoi Sim-Date on NG soon (cause us girls want our Yaoi RPGs!). She loves to draw, even though she is having troubles getting human anatomy correct. She loves to draw the images and create character designs/outifts. She can work well in QuarkXPress, Flash, and Photoshop.

OkaasanS (Meaning = MotherS)
The most experienced artist in the group, her career is in Graphic Design. She loves her children, and watches AMVs at 2:30 am secretly. When she retires, she hopes to create an MMORPG bigger and better then Ragnarok Online. She is most skilled in using Photoshop, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator.

We would like one or two programmers, and they would obviously need to OWN Flash. Preferably, a Mac user, but If you use a PC thats okay too, we'll just have to get around that.

dating sims arn't all that hard to program. i'm sure if one of the team members you already have studied up a bit on action script you'll be good to go in a week or two.

Not really... OkaasanS has almost 0 experience in Flash, and I'm still trying to learn how to make a totally custom pre-loader (I'm probably the most experienced in the group with the script). xD

Some people like the girl on girl hentai..some people like the yaoi..makes no diffrence to me really.

Personally, I think more power to them..its actually somewhat refreshing see women tredding into "Mans" territory? And I mean that in a good way of course.

I'm not really into yaoi myself..(in fact it somewhat sickens me...). but if you need any help with actionscript or animating id be more then willing to help. (I just refuse to animate anything....questionable..)

Why does the programmer need to be female?

In my experience, female programmers are rare at best. In all the (only two) programming classes I've taken, I've only had one female classmate.

You might not be able to find one...

I might take you up on that, and don't worry, the most questionable things animated would be a simple kiss. No making out, groping, nothing like that.

Personally, I'm very surpised that there arn't many girls on New Grounds, all my female friends I have hate my guts cause I have flash. xD Maybe us girls are just not as creative as we used to. ;(

I would like the programmer to be female so we'd have a special group, thats rare among sites like these. Don't get me wrong, I have lots of guy friends, but a girl group would be a nice change to the masses of male users on this site. <3

Nah there are quite a few girls hiding around on new grounds....they will come out soon enough.

but as said before...sim date action script is somwhat....simple..

anyways, I suppose i'll be coming in and out of this thread evrey now and then...i'll be stuck at my computer for weeks trying to finish my next animation.

For some reason, I always led myself to believe that Sim Dates were one of the hardest games to code. xD

CLAMP is the group of artists behind 'Card Captors' (AKA Card Captor Sakura), and the also made the manga with the robot girl that I am sure you have seen on the net before.
