Get rid of Burnt Face Man and Salad Fingers, squash every other character to about 30xwhatever pixels, and put in a giant StrawberryClock.

I firmly believe that this image would be more aestheticly pleasing with the addition of Strawberry Clock. Too much negative space and not enough Strawberry Clock.

I do believe that this poster needs more StrawberryClock. Maybe they can get rid of the whole tank in general.

I think the other characters are just getting in the way now. Would it be too much to ask if you just removed everything except Strawberry, and then put the word "OBEY" in big bold writing below?
