they should have voting power based on how long you've been a submitter. but it shouldn't be as high. the scale should be like this
1.00 - standard vote for AP
between 0 and 5 submissions ,+1%
5-10, +2%
10-20, +5%
30-50, +8%
50+, +10%
that way, they aren't that much bigger. and they should make it so that IP addresses can DL a song max of 3 times a day, so then that way, no one can spam. They should have a set of judges pick their weekly favorites and weekly turds as well.
for every gold +0.5%
for every platinum +1%
for every 2x Platinum +2%
for every diamond +5%
max of +50%
and maybe reviews too.
for every 100 you have, you get +1% with a max of 5%
this way, the people who do well get a bit extra, but not enough to damage the AP. they should also make it so that if you vote, you have to listen a set amount of it first, in order to stop spammers.
I think its pretty fair. the max is 1.65 voting power, which isnt even that much of an increase, but enough to have the AP artists have a little say in the AP.
