I think the reason why people are so drawn to that picture is one, the made up story behind it that gives it some character and purpose and 2. It's a freaking awesome picture. Think about it suckers, she bloody DREW that and scanned it, I don't know anyone who can draw like that. I stared at it for 6 minutes, looked at it in different way and I must say it's a pretty impressive drawing, nothing demonic though.

Seriously, I can't bear to look at that for more than 20 seconds. I feel really dizzy when I do, and I know it's just an optical illusuion, but those types of things creep me out. So you really see stuff?

Yea, I think the fact i've seen both the Japanese and American versions of "The Ring" help too because the Japanese one was the only film every to freak me out. I lasted 7 seconds before having to turn away :(
