I'm not saying that i am 100 percent sure that you made this up. But you sound like you embellished your dreams, i.e. made up experiencing dreams that are based on cliche ideas for nightmares. Hey you might be telling the truth, but it kinda sounds embellished. If you really have these dreams then pray that you see a jerk that you know getting tortured :).
The dreams could also be symbolic of your own fear of going to hell. By saying that everyone you know goes, it seems to refer to a very pessimistic view at the end of the road. If you are really religious then your beliefs could heavily reinforce your fear of hell, whether you are aware of these fears or not. Hope you don't see Lucifer so often XD

I have the exact same dreams, except I dream of Necropolis. Seeing your close friends walk by as undead isn't very comforting.

That does sound pretty freaky, you should try lucid dreaming, this page looks like a pretty good guide.

After all, the heaven and hell thing is christian and this dream is about this topic.If you are totally unfamiluar with christianity, there is satan (according to christian faith is bad)and God (according to christian faith is good). satan could be sending you these dreams to torture you. Also, this may sound scary, I don't think this is happening to you so don't think this straight away, but satan can possess people, (control them, and wreck their lives.) and if this is happening, he has the power to control you. Don't worry, God can set you free from that (see a priest, pastor or christian religious leader.) And GOD sends visions to people, It allows you to see things in a dream. HOWEVER THIS IS NOT A VISION, BECAUSE VISIONS ARE NEVER TORTUROUS AND EVIL, AND DON'T KEEP CONTINUING LIKE THIS. I can assure you that, just because you are seeing this dream, it does NOT mean the dream is real.

2. Don't see a shrink, psycaiatrist, of psycoligist. YOU ARE NOT GOING CRAZY.

3. A good drink of whiskey and so on may help for a few hours, but obviously since this is long term, 11-18 years, it won't work.

4. Your dream could be true, but it is not good to dwell on evil things, and your dream must be stopped.

5. Your dream is about a real place (in my opinion) but the people being tortured, no i HIGHLY DOUBT that bit is real. It may be in the dream.
