Last year, I went to Paramount Canada's Wonderland right near the end of April. I was a coward, and only went on about 2 rollercoasters that were really intense. The next day, I had a throat infection and a really high fever.
On my second trip, two days ago, I spent 12 hours there, went on 22 rides, and at the end of the night, my legs ached unbearably from walking. I spent the night having sick dreams (the ones you have when your fever is high) and waking up feeling heavy and hot. My throat didn't hurt, and I didn't seem congested at all.
Could it be that my system wasn't used to all the adrenaline and that that could be the culprit? Has anyone else experienced this?
Note - It was raining very heavily near the end of the evening, but I avoided getting soaked. I doubt that the rain had anything to do with it, as I would probably be congested in some way if it did.
