yeah man, if you're in a good band you can take your pick, but the chage you can make in people is what its about. Here is my stuff(yes, that is an SG, kinda old though)

I agree with you about 'the hobbit' but 'silmarillion'? It ain't even got a direct plot! It's only useful for background on the earth, it'd be boring as hell, admit it. And if they used the exact words n stuff, it'd also be very dull, look at the chapter in the fellowship where they're at that meeting in rivendell...bloo...dy....hell. That was a chapter I struggled through, it'd be unbearable on screen.

Don't get me wrong, I love Tolkein's stuff, but don't go over board on it Alex.

RotK was amazing, the only problem I had was the fact the ending dragged out for a bit, the spectacular bits were really mind-blowing near to the end, but then it all went boring, I understand, the ending aint a big climax, it's all quiet n stuff, but they still made a bit too long with all the hugging n the weeping n stuff. I prefer movies where you still feel the climax in you so you go out of the cinema just remembering that n thinking 'that was a great movie' instead I thought 'bloody hell, I thought it was never gonna end'.

It was a few hours later that I remembered the good bits n was like 'holy shit, that was good'.
