Parts in what way? Only certain layers? Please try to find out a bit more, as it is a bit vague. Can you see any differences of the other ones? What is the colour preset? What is the dimensions compared to the others? Any blendingstyles/ properties that are significantly different?

It saves two layers out of about 7. I see no real differences in these layers though... Argg I will keep looking at it, but any help would be great!

Try flattening the image before exporting it. Don't save it tough once you've flattened it. You'll lose the original psd.
Just go Layer>Flatten Image.

That could work.

Yeah I tried that before and it works, but it looses the quality of the text because it's not vector anymore... Any help?

Wait...you're using CS? Dang, I'm more of a PS 7.0 person. Sorry but I think you'll have to optimise it as much as you possibly can (gif compression, adjusting things here and there, export settings), because I can't think of anymore solutions than that because of the program difference.

Eh then what the hell are you talking about vectors? Photoshop doesn't render vectors! It's a pixel based program!

a .pdf isnt an image. it's a document. in the same way binary isn't a picture. if you're looking to put a picture into flash save as a .png. (hide the background layer if you dont want it included). Interlace it. any problems post some pics. i know a bit about ps.
