I disagree, as it is Airbender looks to have been planned to actually end. It also is one of the few american projects that actually has a decent plot behind it. Moreso, its about the only animation project right now with an episode to episode plot established that has some sort of end goal in mind.

Personally, I'd be very dissapointed if Nick canceled that show before the animators finished the story line.

Old school Nick was so fucking pimp only because when it was on we were all like 5-10 and shit like that. If you were 8 right now (like my cousin for example) you'd think all of these shows were pimp. I never do watch Nickelodian anymore but it is a great shame to see all these great shows go.

Nick has sucked for years. I tuned out when they cancelled Invader Zim. I stopped watching Cartoon Network when they cancelled Courage The Cowardly Dog. Now THAT was a show.

Old school nick was great, except for one thing:

If you consider "Classic Ren and Stimpy" the episode where Stimpy goes inside of his own bellybutton, you aren't a true R&S fan. That episode was made after John K was fired, and Nick took over. The animation was shittier,and the humor was just a terrible ripoff of the original Spumco eps. Only a handful of these episodes are actually good.

Adult Party Cartoon isn't that bad either.

It's the same guy who created the show. TNN/Spike TV did not screw it up.
The cartoons are still funny, but I do agree that the original episodes are better. I'd rather watch Sven Hoek than Fire Dogs 2 anyday.

What really sucked was that they got rid of such classics as Spartakus and the Sun Beneath the Sea. (Even after Ricky Martin's old band decided to butcher a theme song for it, it was still fresh.)
