Not just masturbation is good for you. Aside from relieving stress and making you happy (cmon who needs to study that, thats just a waste of cash -.-) It has health benefits, makes sure the parts are all in working order, and has a relaxing effect.

Actually when a male masturbates, the levels of testosterone in the body grow, and since testosterone is a steroid hormone produced in the male body, masturbation actually causes the body to grow. So no, masturbation is not bad for you and is actually healthy to an extent.
