Hello, I am the author of Animator vs. Animation...

I feel so ashamed, and the world is ashamed of me.

I fell into eBaum's trap. I gave them fuel to fight back.
With their constant persuasion and offers for money, they made me write a quote saying that everything was fine. Of course everything was fine for me, because I had the money they had given me. What can you expect, I was dead poor before, I have no experience with business. The quote says they contacted me before they posted my animation on their website, however I did not give them permission to put it on.

Regardless of whether or not you have more people who you didn't fuck over you can copy and paste, there are still a fuckton of people you have. This is on par (to a much lesser scale) of saying "Hey that mass murderer didn't murder these people over here!!". In the end, eBaum still has stolen in the past whether or not he still steals now, and if he doesn't work to rectify the unpleasant past conditions further media attention is the last thing he needs. I'm not being paid for this, I care about this. If you're a customer support representative you better get fired for this bullshit. The sooner your company admits it's problems the sooner they can be fix and the sooner this bullshit website war can end. If you block me, you're just fueling the fire against your organization.

They can't legelly post anything that is yours on their website without your written consent to it. If they do you can force them to take it off if you want, as it is illegal. From my understanding, you're saying that even though you did give them permission to put it on their site, it was initially stolen and they only asked permission to have it on the site afterwards, but you quoted that you had given them permission to have it on the site first and then they put it there.

Even if you did get paid, I find that pretty evil of them. But you did agree to it. I don't blame you, and everyone already agrees that eBaum is evil so that's nothing new.
