This was a game I first played on the Commodore 64 (many moons ago). I was mesmerized by how cool it was back then and wondered how hard it would be to program in flash.
The layout for those who dont know, was a chess like board and you had a light side and a dark side and you could choose your side. The darkside had different types of characters than the dark side, but there was ones on the light side that complimented there powers.
For instance the dark side had all a banshee with a sonic wail and a dragon thst flew and breathed fire, the light side had a phoenix that could ressurect and a unicorn that shot things out of its horn.
Basically, it was played like chess where you move your pawn to try and take over the other persons side, but this had a twist. When your pawns meet on the board, you actually control them in a small battle zone and whoever wins gets to keep the square.
Im thinking this could be done, but it would take a little finese with the AI.
Any coders out there feel this is doable?
