That's disgusting. That would hurt so bad having basically all you back flesh exposed. A good practical joke would be to pour some salt water or vinegar on him after. lol.

At first, I thought he just did some stuff like, so the tattoo guy wouldn't mess up, he made some cuts for him to follow, but, it being the other way around, that was fuckin nasty.

I wonder how many drugs he had to take for him to just sit there and have someone mutilate his back. I thought it was done when he made the picture, but then he had to expose the flesh? wtf. Prolly died of infection the next day lmao.

I like how he's just sitting there with his face down not moving at all the entire time. He must have gone into one of those "Buddhist monks lighting themselves on fire in protest" types of meditation to be able to endure something like that without even flinching. Too bad you don't get to see the final product where he's not entirely covered in blood.
