Two Questions

Note: Nobody is forcing you to read or reply to this thread. I am asking these questions out of curiosity(and perhaps ignorance)

1. First, the most important question... Today, I've been on Newgrounds, and the website is auto-spawning completely unrelated pop-ups that block whatever Flash you're viewing. I checked my comp for spyware, and besides the usual tracking cookies, I appear to be clean. I'm curious as to why this was implemented, because I've yet to meet anybody who's willing to click a pop-up ad for any reason whatsoever.

2. On an unrelated note, I've been submitting ratings on several under judgement featuers, but I have yet to recieve a blam or protection point. The last time I checked, all documentation stated that:
IF you voted below a rating of 2, and the feature was removed, you would get a blam point.
IF you voted a rating of 2 or above, and the feature stayed, you would get a protection point.
I've attempted that several times, got nothing... Is that statement out of date, or am I doing something wrong?

It is probly because all the movies u have voted on have been blamed when you u voted 5 or protected when u voted 0 and they got deleted/protected Agienst your vote.

Pop-ups keep the site free (i.e. no membership fees). Get a pop-up blocker.

Either, they weren't under judgement, or you tried to blam something that was saved (or vice versa) or the submission is still Under Judgement.
