Artwork needed.

Right now I am trying to draw a Logo for "Orangebeef Productions," and I am having some trouble drawing a cow.

Could someone draw me a good, cartoony looking cow?
Details:
- Eyes half-opened, looks relaxed or sleepy
- One arm sticking up with the thumb up
- Only draw the torso of the cow and up as if he is standing on his back two legs.
- Color the cow shades of orange.
- Draw it good.

I'll give you credit on my site or in a flash movie that I've used the drawing in.
