The boss from last game worked out pretty well, so hopefully we can do the same thing for this release, just with a different boss. The idea that the microgames already completed coming back is a crucial part and made the last boss interesting. Hopefully we can do that again, just with a different boss and different gameplay.

This may have some correspondance to the "Follow Me" microgame... you know, the one where you have to press a sequence of buttons.
I'd code it for you, but I don't know how to code anything for Flash.

I just did the second wave of games into the system. If anyone is still interested in submitting, please feel free to do so! Check out the first page of the thread to find out more information. I am hoping to get a lot of submissions for this game!

Game 10 - Claxor - Stop Light
Game 11 - Claxor - Ball Avoider

Here are some comments on each of them...

Zwe, your second game is great as well. Button Mashing games are always fun.

Arby, your game is really creative. Nice use of the time limit system, because it makes the user struggle for time while searching for the right shape. One thing we could work on is the speed at which the selector moves at. It is kind of touchy, but otherwise, it works.

Kinsman, I love your game as well. I love the games that change every time you play them.

Neashir, your game reminded me of my very first game ever on NG, which coincidentally had to do with swatting flies and a hot dog. The game was well done, well coded. Definitely has the mario paint feel to it, inversely though, as a twist.

Niki, your game doesn't have the best graphics, but otherwise, it works. Good job!

Claxor, your stoplight game had to be modifed because the green light was way to bright in the beginning. I changed it to a darker brightness and it works better now, good game. Your second game complements your mouse avoider series, great job on both.

There will be a preview once we hit 20, I think. I have also made a few, but I wont add those in quite yet.

I recieved about 5 games overnight, but I haven't been able to get them imported into the FLA. So if you sent one in and haven't gotten a response, you know why.

So far, we have a total of about 14-16 games.

I have thought about cutting out the games that are below par for the series. Here's my internal arguements put down in text.

1) If we let everyone join, everyone gets to have fun doing this project.
2) If we only let people with better quality in, the game will most likely be much better.

Any thoughts from anyone?

Anyways, I think that if you want a game of high quality, then cut out the below par ones. However, I can't see how people are managing to create bad games with just the arrows, space bar and four second gameplay, but hey, obviously they are :D

I'm gonna update the "ball avoider" game a bit, to make it look nicer (although it's hard with only 12 fps :( ). I'm probably gonna make more games, if I get any good ideas

I think its more of a matter of some really bad graphics I am getting. Bad graphics in that they spent little to no time drawing that wierd smudge made with the paint tool.
