Well, I read the whole thing in the past few hours... It had my attention the whole way through. It's great... There are probably comics somewhat like this, but they'd probably have perfect families or something like that. I love how so much stuff happens, and it seems as though the guy thinks out each page as he does them for a long time... For instance, when Fisk had sex when he was ten, the psychologist did the whole thing with the FBI, so there was a reason beyond Shanikwa wanting sex... After her father was killed, Shanikwa said 'Good,' so you can probably figure out that she was probably abused (sexually) by her father earlier, though it was not directly mentioned.

It's deep, and I like that. It's bookmarked. I'll try and give it a better, longer, and more well thought out review when I'm not tired and it's not 4:45 in the morning.

I've been reading Better Days since Jay Naylor put out the 1st segment. It has always provided me with an interesting story and complex characters, and so will always remain fondly in my memory. (The sex and violence helps hold my interest too >:3) Gen. Kelso is still my fav character. I won't say this is the best webcomic ever, I have read too many over the years to give any consideration to a 'best' comic, but this one is definitely tops in my book.

Well, I read the first few pages. I have to say, I don't really like the art style. I don't think it's bad or anything, it's just not my thing. Furry people and all. ;) It wasn't bad either, just to wordy. Then again, it is 6 am, and I haven't gotten to sleep yet so to much reading makes my eyes burn and shrivel away. Hmm, I would be a better reviewer if insomnia didn't rape me so hard every night. Perhaps I'll read a bit more later.

Vgcats, a comic that centralises about lame video jokes. Only half of their strips are actually funny.

BetterDays, an Intriging story about pre-mature secks,murder,unprotected sex,adultery, and yes of course. Incest. All of this in a path which each event matures that character.

That, and better days has 326 different strips, 15 Chapters.
VG Cats has 202 chapters.

I admit VGcats is alright for an occasional laugh, but all up...it isn't THAT funny. It's jokes are tired and overused. And I don't get some of their jokes.

I like about Half of VG cats comics. The other half isn't that good.
Better Days from Chapter 5 onwards is pure gold.

I've only made it up to chapter four and this comics got me by the balls, anyone that says this comics sucks needs to shut the hell up.

Best two chapter coming up. 5+6 are excellent.

I am really enjoying it. I am on the 12th comic now and i really really like it. The story is really good and i just want to read it all. I actually find it the best comic ever.

I also agree with theradicalone anyone who says this comic sucks has something wrong with them.

I think we should make a topic in the clubs and crews section and we can have the Better Days crew and discuss the latest comics and stuff like that.

There's already a Comic crew- The Endless...HOWEVER, individual comics, particularly e-comics have clubs too (eg, Cyanide and Happiness crew). I think it's better to keep the discussion here. No point creating a whole club on it

just finished reading it 3 days ago and would like to thank the person who brought this up. i cant wait to see what happens next! updates every friday and monday correct? well anyway great comic, i prefer the more seriousness of this comic over the more...humorous comics that are all so comon. well thus ends my first post!

congrats on your first post and i agree with you that it doesent nessescerily have to be funny to be good.

I rather like this story, it's a very symbolic and itresting read. every chapter has a surprise, and i got a few laughs from each chapter. I don't care if the main characters are furries, it's a very good story, and has a deep premise to it. I'd love to one day see this as a TV show, and I hope it'll become one. I just don't like how the author is cockteasing 11 year olds, and likes to fuck with peoples heads in a fucked up manner. An example is this pic from chapter ten "Brother's Arms." For those who haven't been following that's Fisk and his sister, Lucy. In the heat of the moment She kisses Fisk. My reaction to this was "Oh, DAMN. ALERT, ALERT, ALERT. THIS GUY IS FUCKED, SHE'S HIS SISTER." But, the chapter was great though, and I bookmark it with delight, and for those who don't like something artiqulite (excuse my spelling). You can go join YTMND, and make repetitive, unfunny jokes about this comic there.
